Cornerstone is pleased to have a growing and very active youth ministry.
Youth Group meets at Debows Methodist Church in Jackson, NJ, located at 509 Monmouth Road from 5-8pm on Wednesday Nights. Contact Eve Scott 952-994-6621 for more info. Youth Group is for grades 6-12. On Wednesday nights we come together to worship God, enjoy snacks and each other’s company, and talk about what it means to be a young adult living for Jesus Christ in Jackson, New Jersey. During the summers, youth group meets at church community homes for extended hours, including dinner. We also plan several annual outings to the beach, and enjoy rafting, camping, and bowling, to name a few. The summer usually ends with a mission retreat. In the last two years, we worked in a soup kitchen in Atlantic City and at Broad Street Ministries in Philadelphia (http://www.broadstreetministry.org) to learn more about understanding and serving those in need. There is a place for everyone in our group, and we welcome all youth to join us. Awesome Youth Calendar 2010
